There is no requirement for a company’s length of operation time. Stores applying for loans should be in operation for at least one year.
You can withdraw funds in installments. Withdrawals are capped at 500,000 CNY within 7 days and single withdrawal is capped at CNY500,000. Once the principal is settled, lending limit will be renewed.
If the receiver of the loan payment is an individual, then the loan applicant must be that individual. If the receiver of the loan payment is a corporate, then the loan applicant must be a legal person of that receiving corporate.

During the application process, you may open a Class II account with SPDB online and transfer funds to your Class I account upon disbursement.
You should transfer a repayment to an SPDB Class II account from the Class I account used for your application. SPDB deducts the repayment on the 15th of each month at 16:00. The current month's loan shall be repaid from the following month.
